You provide us the Job Description. We, first, post it on our new Job Board of Investment research analysts, portfolio managers and business developers. We only target these groups.
They will see your Job Posting prominently in our “Hot Sheet” (see image). If interested, they will click on the Job Description URL that sends them to our site showing your detailed description of the position. If they are intrigued, they click on the “Apply” button that sends them to another of our pages for them to fill out the application and upload a resume.
When they send the resume, an email will be sent to your Talent contact and to our firm. This will be confirmation of proof of submission through our service.
Once everything is in place, the real excitement begins!!
We, then, create a targeted group of candidates most of whom are not subscribed to our service because many of these individuals are the “hidden” candidates that we discussed earlier. Targeting the right group is an Art!
Once we identify a strong potential group of candidates with interest, we send out the Job Description link and the process begins. As submissions begin to come through, we get out of the way and let you interview those that are qualified until you find the right candidate to hire. We fully believe this will provide a much stronger field of candidates for you!

If, and only if, you hire an individual that makes application through our submission system, will we be due a fee.
That means we have done a good job and get paid a fair wage.

The only group that should not be happy about this model are other recruitment firms!
Our job is to identify and tease “spot on” candidates to get them in your queue. Your job is to “close the deal”.
