- Deep reflection: unpacking your extended questionnaire, reviewing your current career story, and broadly defining career paths
- You’ll analyze job descriptions (JD), create a comprehensive skills list, and begin building your personal “toolbox” of collateral
Phase 2: Skills Mapping, Career Options & Gaps
- Rigorous analysis of transferable skills and role mapping—linking your current expertise to both existing and new functional strengths
- You’ll prioritize potential career paths and begin creating relatable stories that position you as qualified
- We will conduct gap analysis and design a skill acquisition plan with actionable resources to close those gaps
Phase 3: Market Fluency, Mindset & Branding
- Building corporate fluency through exposure to budgeting, M&A, governance, investor relations, FP&A, FinTech, AI and more
- Strengthening your mindset for both staying the course and transitioning your career, supported by mentors and a defined support system
- Re-designing your résumé and LinkedIn profile for both investment management and alternative career lanes, crafting a strong career narrative and value proposition
Phase 4: Networking, Storytelling & Market Engagement
- With your branding in place, you’ll begin a tailored networking and marketing campaign. This includes consistent LinkedIn outreach, identifying the “hidden job market”, content creation, and building a story bank of compelling narratives
- Then it’s onto warm networking mastery, interview preparation, mock interviews, and case study collateral development—all designed to amplify visibility and engagement
Phase 5: Execution, Transition & Advancement
- In the final phase, we focus on high-stakes execution. You’ll refine interview strategy, create goodwill throughout the process, and master salary analysis and negotiation
- Together we’ll build a 90-day success plan to thrive in your next role and prepare for resignation and counter-offer scenarios
- The program concludes with actual interview prep sessions, check-ins, debriefs, and “on-the-fly” sessions to ensure you have the confidence, tools, and momentum to succeed long after the program ends
