The application goes to your talent contact and our firm. This will be confirmation of proof of submission through our service.
The quality of candidate should increase DRAMATICALLY!
But we don’t stop there. We will then source other qualified candidates that are not using our service. These are the “hidden” candidates that we discussed earlier.

Once an individual shows interest, we send out the Job Description link and the process begins.
As submissions are generated, we get out of the way. We do not vet these individuals. The vetting occurs when we create our targeted search.
You now have a much stronger pool of candidates to interview, and we get out of the way!
